Trucker Scorecard

September 2026 Performance

WUT Trucker Appointment Compliance Policy

Washington United Terminals (WUT) monitors trucking company appointment performance through monthly scorecards provided by CargoSprint.

Trucking companies with an appointment completion rate below 50% will be subject to the following progressive enforcement actions:

Cumulative Violation Enforcement Action
1st Violation Formal warning issued to the trucking company.
2nd Violation One-week suspension of the trucking company’s SCAC code.
3rd Violation One-month suspension of the trucking company’s SCAC code.

Cumulative Violation Policy

Violations are cumulative and do not need to occur in consecutive months. Each month in which a trucking company’s appointment completion rate falls below 50% will count as one violation, regardless of performance in previous or subsequent months.

Months in which a trucking company achieves a completion rate of 50% or higher will not count as violations but will not reset previously accumulated violations.

Important: During a suspension, the affected SCAC code will be restricted from accessing WUT for the duration of the suspension period.
